Ok so this place has been doing my nails for 3 months I got attacked and broke the nose in the incident the nails didn’t break. Then I was in a car accident with a flipped car, none broke. Beast of a place, nails can take a hit and still look good.

If you are looking for a “spa-like experience” or good customer service, this is not the place. My daughter and I presented there looking for some fun mommy/daughter nail time. They were busy, but instead of advising us we’d have an almost 2 hour wait, they sat me away from my daughter to soak off my existing nails for 1.5 hours in acetone!!! They left my daughter sitting up front while other customers poured in without appointments, and were all waited on first! When we kindly brought this to management’s attention, she was dismissive/argumentative about her oversight. Horrible experience. Daughter opted to not have “people who didn’t think she was important enough to even notice her sitting there waiting for almost two hours” do her nails. I tipped my tech very well as it wasn’t his fault. Now sitting in a MUCH NICER nail salon that actually values their customers and their business getting daughter’s nails done. What should have taken an hour is taking 5! Ridiculousness!

went to get nails done for my birthday and asked if they could do a design for one nail (the sides were different colors) not i would just get it plain and they said they could do it. lady said she couldn’t get the design after all the other ones were finished and seemed like she was in a rush and i asked her to fix it and she just kept layering the paint and it still looked messy and really thick. all the nails are bumpy and the sides and the part close to the cuticle aren’t painted. AND not to mention one nail chipped and smeared less than 48 hours after getting them done and i’ve never had that happen anywhere else before. finding somewhere else to get it fixed.

If you want a relaxing experience with good customer service, do NOT go here. My mom and I were so excited to go here this morning. I made an appointment for us a few days in advance. We both wanted a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, no one in there was friendly or even looked at us. They acted as if we were a major inconvenience. The nail techs doing our pedicures were extremely rough and careless. They just rushed us through and talked to each other loudly the entire time. We could not relax. They did not pay any attention to what they were doing – only looked at each other the whole time having their very loud conversation. We decided NOT to stay for the manicure because it was such an unpleasant experience. We will never go back again.

Three bloody cuticles. The thin guy never even apologized. My right little finger bled so much, my blood went all over his left index finger and he wasn’t wearing gloves! The dip technique was ok but still rough. My right toenail was cut the worst and blood pooled into my cuticle. The toenail polish was very rough and grainy. I will never go there again. I’ve read several reviews now and the owner writes the same garbage after each bad experience. No need to bother sending me one. I plan to pursue this.

The spoon in the scrub was dirty and definitely reused. As you can tell by the photo these products are not clean per state standards. They cut my skin didn’t have anything to stop the bleeding. I have natural long nails and he did a bad job matching them up and once I was done the other male nail tech asked to see my nails then laughed bc I Iike my nails long. So unprofessional. I’ll never go back again
