I’m not sure what Jaquisha Queendom is talking about on here, but I have been coming here for years and the manager is the kindest, most respectful person. She is always attentive to both clients and other workers in the shop. I love this place and literally come here specifically because the manager is so kind. She has a high wait time for clients because I’m clearly not the only person who loves her cutting my hair. All of the workers seem to love her too. As long as she is here I will keep coming here.

DO NOT LET JESSICA TOUCH YOUR HAIR! My husband decided to go here to get his hair trimmed up on the sides due to him wanting to grow his hair out on the top. I showed Jessica a few pictures so she could visualize the look he was going for. Every single picture I showed to her she had something negative and rude to say about it. I mentioned that my husband has been wearing hats a good bit lately due to the sides being too long and she said, “well if I cut his hair is he just going to throw a hat back on? Because if so this is a waste of my time” I was LIVID. I ended up walking out to cool off. Over an hour passes by and my husband comes out with ALL of the length cut off of his hair. The cut itself looks good, but that’s not the point, she didn’t do what was asked, was super rude.
