Luna nails is the BEST nail place in Lincolnwood area. Do not hesitate to go and get your nails done. Mandy and the other nail techs are seriously the best. They just tried a new design on my nails today and I thought they were not going to be able to do it because my nails aren’t long but I was absolutely wrong. They turned out to be so cute. Critical: ProfessionalismHad acrylic nail removal done at this place seeing the good reviews and ratings. The guy (forgot the name) who did the removal was so rude and unprofessional. He was acting like he’s got better things to do since I came for my appointment and was very disrespectful. The nails looked rough after the removal and he didn’t even bother to buff it out. I asked whether he is able to apply a regular manicure so that they’ll look somewhat normal – he refused and stated that I only took appointment for removal. I asked whether he can at least apply a clear coat – he straight out said in front of all other clients and to pay for the removal first, and then he will do it. Dear Luna Nails, I don’t think I took the appointment to run out of there without paying. And thanks to your wonderful man tech, I will never be returning. I’ve been coming here every few weeks for several years to get my nails done. They offer the full range of acrylic, gel, dip, no-chip, pedicures, etc. I can usually get an appointment the same day. The technicians are very capable and the prices are reasonable. Tony, the owner, is brusque but very efficient. I recommend Kim. She’s very good and very sweet.

The girls who work there CONTINUALLY talk back and forth across the room in Vietnamese making it unpleasant. It seems pretty obvious they are talking about the different customers. I would like to think it is a place to get time to relax and unwind but the atmosphere offers nothing like this. I also don’t feel the place is clean.
