⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2/17/22 $72 for full set of acrylic and eye brows. My girls friend’s first visit back in over a year. Very clean, comfortable and well lit. They could use a larger selection of nail designs and the technicians are good but could have better skill sets. Overall a durable and great job.

Critical: QualityI went to this nail salon today for the first time and I left disappointed. I went for a dip powder manicure. I was taken right away which was great but the powder was out on way to thick, they did not file it down very much. It’s on too thick and is very soft still which is not how it is supposed to be. I went to this nail salon today for the first time and I left disappointed. I went for a dip powder manicure. I was taken right away which was great but the powder was out on way to thick, they did not file it down very much. It’s on too thick and is very soft still which is not how it is supposed to be. Plus I have black all over my skin around my nails.

I stopped going to this place because they are inconsistent. Their prices are always changing and they always have new employees that are often only there for a short term. My gel manicure only lasted 2 days. I got a design from a new employee and went back the next day because it was falling off. They no longer had the tools to fix my nails and said they could only do something similar. I was charged $45 for the gel manicure design and they wouldn’t even give me a partial refund for what was done. They look like a nice shop but lack customer service skills.

I’ve gone to this place for last 2 years Because Of proximity, not being overly crowded, and salon being fairly clean. The quality has been average, but I’m a fairly laid back person (I’ve never gone back because my polish or nail chipped). I’m not one to complain even when I had eyelashes put on n girl over glued them horribly causing many of my eyelashes to be pulled out or broken off, I chalked it up to lesson learned. I went in today, waited patiently for my turn, & as usual I just went to next available person. I was with Kenny the owner who I have seen be extremely rude to customers, but I never had an issue. I never text or take phone calls while I’m getting my nails done, but he asked if I minded if he sent out some texts after he had already started me n I said no problem even though he continued to look at his phone after sending out texts, n working on my nails (still didn’t care), but He started to do the gel fill in and I asked him if he would be doing my cuticles first… You don’t want that done after your nails are done because that will leave a space that will look like they’re already growing out!! He proceeded to grab my fingers and say “later” Meaning he’ll do it later, but then he proceeded to say “do you understand?” In an extremely inappropriate nasty tone while glaring at.me over his mask (if looks could kill )…I almost stayed but then thought what the hell am I doing letting somebody talk to me like this when I’ve been nothing but a very pleasant and generous client. I said I’ll give you $10 for the removal of my old nail polish & was clearly leaving and he said “no $20” To which I responded no way you’ll get $10 and I quietly told him he needs to learn how to talk to ppl instead of the freak out I wanted to do n mist ppl would have done!! I’m the person who tips 25% everytime I go, but he either forgot, didn’t care, or his attitude/anger issues got the best of him. Now the majority of the staff are very friendly, minus another 1-2 of them but I won’t be going back and would not recommend them… I actually should’ve called the police for the way that he pulled my fingers, but now that can be his lesson learned. I will write a Yelp review and post to my friends FB & insta who has over 3,000 local followers..ppl nowadays really need to think about their words or actions beforehand!!

My daughter and her friend have come here for a couple of years and I am a severe nail biter. I have attempted my nails off and on for probably some 40 years. I have never been satisfied. At my daughters urging I went to her stylist, Susan, and I can say I love her! She listens to my likes and dislikes, she converses with me and my nails have never looked better.
