I’ve gone here for years but was a little hesitant when I came online to see the hours and saw the bad reviews since the ladies who normally cut my hair weren’t there when I arrived. My mother and niece were with me and we decided to go ahead and get cuts anyway. We were in no way disappointed. Shelby did mine and was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly, not to mention the great cut she gave me. Micaihah took care of my niece and my mother and they were both very pleased. She took a good deal of time with both and suggested products that would address their individual hair care needs. She was also very friendly and a pleasure to talk to while we were there. It was just all in all a great experience. While we were there, John did a color, cut and style on another customer that looked amazing. If you are thinking about going here, don’t let any negative reviews deter you. All three of us are pretty picky about our hair and all three of us were beyond satisfied. We’d go back to any of the three of them any day.

The bottom of her hair was choppy and looked so horrible. I couldn’t tell when she was there how bad it was. I took my daughter there for a simple trim, thinking that they couldn’t mess it up, but I was VERY wrong. My daughter’s hair looked awful. The bottom of her hair was choppy and looked so horrible. I had a picture showing what I was looking for and because the stylist was more concerned about what was going on with her phone, I ended up with a butchered, uneven mess. Went In, asked for a shaggy medium cut. Left looking like I was in the army. Not 3 minutes in my stylus had to run off to help one of her buddy costumers out (while the 3 other employees were sitting and chatting). This went on for 10+ minutes. Now, what’s left is extreamly crooked and the worst!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The stylist Shelby at this salon was rude to my wife and I, told us we shouldn’t be together and was dispensing relationship advice – and then she gapped my hair. I literally had to pay someone else to fix it. I would avoid at all costs.
