Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWhile having my dip mani and getting them buffed to prep the tech nearly ground through my nail, he then caught the edge of my nail with the grinder and separated it from the skin as well as ripping the corner of my nail off leaving a missing chunk. I asked him to fix it and his reply was “it’s fine” until I argued and demanded he correct it. At this point my finger was bleeding and he continued without even apologizing. Throughout having my nails done other techs were constantly correcting him and watching him intensely. He was even yelled out for grinding my nail above the open dip powder container, which all of my nail grindings were falling into. The final nails ended up shaped terribly and crooked, bubbles in them, and uneven. There was no cuticle work done, no hot towel, no rinsing, not lotion or hand massage. It was overall the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done.
