This place was so relaxing! I wonder if they tell all their employees to use their inside voice because everyone had a very soothing soft voice that made you instantly calm down and relax. We had a girls spa day and they were so accommodating and ready to serve us. The prices were reasonable and my therapist was awesome! If you are considering a massage please go and don’t forget the hot stones.

This was my very first time coming to this location and let me tell you, their priority must strive on customer satisfaction and guess what they nailed it! I never ever had such a VIP service before. The two who checked my sister and I in for our appointments was Desiree and Monique, both ladies need a raise and promotion. I noticed my name was on the greeting at the counter I thought I was being punked but apparently I was selected as “member of the day” I was so impressed. Our masseuse were Ms. MICHELE AND ERIC. These two were the best of the best. Both of their massages were out this world. They were both very attenative and very relaxing massages. My first time at town center Hand and Stone, and it looks like I will be a regular. Thank Desiree, Monique, Michele, and Eric for your outstanding customer satisfaction and stellar services. Oh yes BTW. The eucalyptus aromatherapy is everything!!!!!

Such a scam. I ended my membership here a while back because I kept seeing unexplained extra charges from them that they refused to help me with or make any sense out of. Made the mistake of purchasing a $120 gift certificate for a family member for Christmas from here. She got a $70 massage & had to pay $10 out of pocket for deep tissue & they told her the gift certificate was only worth $70 when $120 was taken out of my bank account. When I called & asked about this they said “the gift certificate was for a service not a monetary value” ….. what about the monetary value that came out of my account? The policies / charges here make no sense & are a scam. Also sub par massages. Don’t torture yourself.

Amazing place to go and relax. We went here for our anniversary and the staff made it perfect. The ambience is relaxing from the second you walk in. They have packages and add on to fit what you want. They have male and female staff there. It can get pricy as you add on items but it’s well worth it.

This location is by far the best!!!! Upon arrival I was greeted by these two lovely ladies Desiree and Monique who help and answered any question we had. Michele was my Masseuse and when I tell you she tore me apart and put me back together I mean it!!!! I felt like a new person after my hour session !!! Do not go here, although they are in a great area they suck! From front desk staff to message therapist. The worst thing ever was joining their membership, I called to cancel the membership and was told it would be cancelled! Only to find out it was not and when I explained to the front desk person what happened; she said there was a note stating I was going to hold off and think about it!! Liar!!! Not True!!! The harassed me over and over with phone calls requesting payment! I called to speak with manager and never received a call back over and over for weeks. Called again on 10/28/22 and was told she would be in office til 9 pm and will return my call. No call returned until the next day! Awful customer service.. All they want is your money. There are so many places in Jacksonville to choose from other than this location! Do not sign up for a MEMBERSHIP EVER they will refuse to cancel. Thank you HAND & STONE @ St John location for not returning my calls!

The therapist not sure what the heck he was doing. I ask for a deep tissue and I got a shake my muscle massage. There was nothing “deep” or intense about this service. He oiled me up like a chicken out the grease. His technique can really hurt someone. His thumb was so far in my neck I had to literally move his finger “ twice”. He was turning my neck like he seriously was trying to break my neck. The rest of the time he just kept shaking my muscles as if he was trying to wake them up, then used a hot towel, twice. I’m like WTH, is going on. Totally not happy, SERIOUSLY. I ask to speak to a manager, and yet I was told she’s in a meeting, 5:30 in the evening??? Ooh ok, and said she will call me back, ooh ok right person wrong plan. I will be calling somebody, if I can’t get a good response, then maybe corporate or social media will listen. I won’t be back. Hand and Stone Towncenter.
