Been here once before and came back because of the awesome work they did. I’m not normally a nail freak but I’m slowly becoming one because of this place! Staff is super friendly, pricing seems right, and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. The tips stayed on way longer than I expected and no chipping since I went in. Sam and his wife are super helpful and talented! I’ll definitely be coming back

I have appointments and I call to go earlier than my appointment and the owner accepts me to go earlier than my appointment and when I get there I saw my technician working with other clients which is completely ok , but the owner she did not take me or even start with me till the other technician finishes with her client and I waited for 30 minutes with nothing, at the end I left, none of them said anything. This place when first start was good now it became unprofessional, I think they became rich and they stopped caring about the clients, but remember we make your business grow without clients you are nothing.

I’ve been going to this Chic Nails for a little over 2 years now. I always only work with Tiffany or Sam when I go in. Each time I go in they always do the best job on my nails and I always have so many compliments! I drive about and hour to get there, even when there’s places closer to me. Trust me, it’s worth the drive! Tiffany and Sam are willing to do whatever style/color/shape you want! All you have to do is speak up and tell them what you want! For anyone considering a new place to go, to I highly recommend Chic Nails and going in and asking for Tiffany or Sam!

Definitely would never go back, nail tech skinned my finger with the electric filer and i was gushing blood the entire time he was doing my nails and i now have a very deep hole/cut in my finger. I’m aware everyone makes mistakes but i wasn’t even offered a discount or anything and not to mention he thought it was okay to flirt with me while doing my nails, it was a very uncomfortable experience. There is also little tiny air bubbles in a few of my nails, so it definitely wasn’t worth it.

TERRIBLE. The owner sam is rude and disrespectful. I went to get gel nails and they used tools with skin from another costumer. All the tools were disgusting and I had to remind them to clean it. After a few days my nails were falling off. I went to get them redone for free bc that’s what they do if they fall of in the first week. I went and they started to give me attitude and started to yell at me “No!”. He said he can’t give me my money back and I was furious. They also have their baby who is breathing in all the acetone and dust. The nails were too thick and my visit this time was terrible

these technicians do an AMAZING job! Best nail visit I’ve ever had! The salon is very clean and they have a ton of Essie and OPI colors to choose from. I would highly recommend Angel- she’s super friendly and she did a great job fixing my nails that another salon had messed up.

I’ve been going here for 4 years, but the last 3 visits were terrible! When I went to take the toe thing of my feet I noticed that 5 toe nails were not painted to the end of the nail and one nail was very crooked. The tech finished painting them, but would not even out my one nail. To top of the visit, when I went to redeem my punch cards, they would not honor them because the punches were not on one card. I had 16 punches! They see me in there every 3 weeks for 4 years. Not once have I said a negative word. Between the inexperienced, non – caring techs and the owners new policy on punch cards, I’m done!
