Yesterday I went to Serenity Med Spa for first time. This is a beautiful spa! The staff was very kind and friendly. I felt right away that I was in the midst of a very professional and caring environment. Dr Lisa is very kind and gentle. She listened to my concerns, and did her best to try to figure out the best treatment for me! I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything! This is the best spa I’ve ever been to!

Worst Botox experience. I went to serenity for botox to remove wrinkles between my eyebrows. After 40 units and two months, there was absolutely no improvement. I only need 20 units from other clinics but after 40 units required from the nurse at serenity, there is still no obvious result. I googled this issue and many people mentioned that they dilute their Botox too much to make more money, and also so customers will come back to get more frequently. DO NOT GO HERE, go somewhere else.

I saw in their ads that their Botox is $10 per unit so I gave it a shot. However, this is worst experience I’ve ever had with Botox. I went for one session and received 40 units total for frown lines but the results were ineffective. They asked me to come a second time but I did not. I hate spending so much money on a service just to have it be a waste because it didn’t work. I would not recommend coming to this clinic. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The girls at the front desk were the worst. I am not sure if they are prejudice, but they treated me like I was no one. Once I went into the office to get botox, it was even worse. Dr Lisa had to come in to do my injectables. I have visited the San Francisco location a couple of times prior, but since I live in Burlingame, I thought I would try the Burlingame location.

I used to come here for Botox but lately the Botox seems to be too diluted. Even after being injected with 40 units, there were no results for three weeks, On the fourth week, it started to work but not very well. On the fifth week, the results improved but shortly after, the results began to decay. Now it’s been two months, and it’s almost as if I haven’t had Botox for a long time. All of my wrinkles have returned and I feel like I wasted my $400. I Googled it and apparently, this result is due to diluting the Botox too much. You get what you pay for. I won’t be coming next time.
