They started to take care of me at around 11.20 but that was okay for me because at the meantime I was trying to select the color. They gave me a matcha green tea which was very good. I tried an eyelash tint and lift for the first time here, and Jenny was amazing! My eyelashes look so good, and she was so kind and professional throughout the process. I am really happy with my first experience with eyelash tinting and lifting and will definitely be back. My lashes make my eyes look so bright and like I’m wearing mascara, but I’m make-up free! I love this place! Beautiful and cleanly interior, also easy to find and parking is not a hassle. My friend and I went to Vogue together for the first time yesterday and we were able to utilize their new customer voucher (free basic pedicure with purchase of gel manicure or more for new customers). I got a basic pedicure with white polish and it was perfect. I also got an almond/oval shape neutral colored acrylic full set, and to be honest, I wasn’t satisfied at the end bc I felt like my nails were too thick/chunky. I’m always hesitant to speak up to get my nails fixed/redone because I have had really negative customer service experiences in the past when it came to how nail places have handled dissatisfaction. Plus, it wasn’t awful, so I was just going to ride it out. My friend had a great experience and her nails turned out very nice. So, my friend convinced me to call them up the next day and explain that I was dissatisfied. They very kindly told me to come back in today so they could fix it asap. I also wanted to add a design this time around and was willing to pay the extra $10 for the design, but my original nail tech was super apologetic about the original nail work, so much so, that she did not charge me the design cost this time around.
