Absolutely amazing service. I’ve been in Arizona for almost two years now & have never received anything close to the service provided here. Everyone is so sweet & welcoming. I haven’t had my nails done in months because I don’t trust easy. I’ve been burned numerous times or overpriced. The last place I went to half fast through it. So huge shoutout to Lee for making my nails look great & for the surprise design. I love them! I will definitely be coming back!

I got gel pedicure and it was okay. But my ombré nails, these pictures do not do them justice, I had an older gentlemen do them, he was brute, rough, I said ouch 4 times and pulled my hand away twice, he kept pulling on my hands, he did my nails over my cuticles, I asked for coffin shape, and they each a shape of its own and crooked, he was very rude, I was with a friend and she told me to ask for someone else when she saw how harsh he was being, but I was hoping it would get better, but as you can see from the photos it didn’t.

This was my second time visiting and it will be my last. I asked for a dip manicure and it was extremely rushed. I was not pleased at all by the nail tech as she was rude when handling my hands. So much yanking and flicking away my hands and left my fingers sore and not well done at all. My manicure wasn’t a manicure at all. I did not receive a cuticle clean up or prep work just a file. The work station was very dirty with nail dust everywhere from previous customers that stuck to my arms and clothes. The floors were dirty with old nails on the ground and unsanitary tools being reused. Very expensive for the work I had done. It is definitely a shame as I come to relax and I felt like an inconvenience… I could not get out of there fast enough.

I have been coming to Glamour Nails for a few years now. I also bring my daughter for acrylics, pedicures and eye brow waxing. I do recommend Glamour Nails to my family and friends. Yes they are busy later in the days and weekends but, that says a lot. Their clients come back because they love the service. I do recommend calling ahead of time or make an appointment if you plan on going in the afternoon. I always walk in myself. I never had a bad experience. I’m always greeted by staff when I walk in and even when I leave. Lem and his wife Quinn are always welcoming and pleasant. Tony also is great, he has done my acrylics. I love the hospitality and mimosas and wine. I highly recommend

Had a couple of very good pedicures and manicures in the past so was very disappointed with the woeful experience I had recently. The girl did not prep my nails and did not finish them off properly. It took half the normal time. She did give me an arm massage and splashed the lotion all over my dress….then giggled about it. When I suggested the stain might not come out, she argued. Unbelievable

This was my 7th visit and I travel out of my way to go here. Seems like services are getting worse and worse! I am literally fixing my pedicure right now! I paid $60 plus $10 tip. She left my toes uneven, polish on my feet and clumps of polish on the nail edge. My acrylic is uneven and even my gel is rubbing off! After one day! There are several nail salons on my way there in an 8 mile radius. Never again.

My step mom got a full set and it looks so bumpy and it’s all uneven it looks like a new person did them! I had a fill done and you can see the regrowth underneath. The painting is all wrong!!!! I always get gel matte top coat this time it feels rubbery still. You can still see the color I had on previously. They are thin on one side and thicker on the other side. I saw this place and thought I would give it a try. Went as a walk-in for a mani/pedi (no polish) and would have settled for a pedi only. Since I was a walk-in expected a wait. What I did not expect was to hear the woman at the desk tell a customer on the phone there was no wait and to “come in”. What I did not expect was to sit and wait then be passed over for TWO walk-ins who came in for pedicures. I walked out and will certainly not be back.
