I was waiting to review this place, but I can’t believe how Kelly did my hair. The first time I had her do my hair,she did lowlights, highlights, a haircut, blow dry, and my eyebrows doneshe charged me $120. The 2nd time I went, she gave me all blonde highlights, no lowlights, and didn’t cut my hair, nor did my eyebrows. Again she charged me $120. I found that she ripped me off when I got my bank statement, and saw that she was very not following any of my lowlights. I went to Sally’s beauty supply, and they sold me a $10 hair color, and a $4 developer

Very poor service provided. We recently moved to the area and I was hoping that my family had found a stylist close to home where all 3 of us could become regular clients. I went in for highlights and a cut. I was never asked if I wanted full highlights, or 8/16 foils. I realized after a few moments that I was being given full foils, but decided to let it go. I figured the price was still acceptable and hoped it would look nice. I have very fine hair just a few inches below the shoulder with many layers up to my chin. When I went to pay, the owner came over and jacked the price up from $60 to $90 for the foils! I was surprised when the total was upwards of $100 and asked why. She said it was the length of my hair (which is not very long and quite thin). I said that I disagreed with that charge and that no one even mentioned this to me beforehand, nor is it written on the large sign at the front stating the price of $60 for full foils. She disregarded my complaint and I paid and left. She made $30 extra off of me today, but lost 3 regular clients in the process. Very disappointed. I will say the stylist did a nice job so it really is too bad that my experience turned out so negatively.

Awesome service! The staff listened to the requests made by my children and made it happen. Very patient and organized. Kelly did an absolutely wonderful job. Prices were very fair.

Kaleigh kicked it out of the park. She did a great job coloring my hair exactly how I imagined and did so well working with my extraordinarily long hair. Highly recommend visiting the ladies at this salon!
