I come to Jane’s Nails quite often and I usually get manicures. Due to some travels, I got a manicure and pedicure. It was going alright until she was in the middle of filing my nails and just left to thread eyebrows of customers. She didn’t come back for fifteen minutes after. I think she thought I was too young to realize it. Other than that, the service is nice and it has a nice atmosphere.

This place breaks my heart. Been here two time and my nails come out great. The girls take there time and really make an effort. The following TWO times over come back with my fiancee and they tell me they are too busy and CAN’T take us. I under they are small but how about telling the customer to wait or call back to schedule an appointment. I dont understood how you can turn away business. I am truly disappointed by this action.
