I had an appointment with Emily on Aug 19 and received a text saying she wasn’t able to keep the appointment due to a doctor’s appointment she had forgotten about so I rescheduled for Aug 25th . I went in, she met with me for 5 minutes and said she would text me that evening to let me know about pricing for hair services I was interested in. After 2 days of not hearing anything, I emailed her asking if she had pricing for me yet. Nothing. I texted the following day and asked again. I stated to her if she can’t help me, please let me know so that I can book else where in ample time (I am going on a trip out of the country on Sept 9 and I had let her know that from the beginning). Nothing. How hard it is it respond to an email or text? This is very unprofessional behavior and I won’t be recommending this salon to anybody I know. Now I am screwed and scrambling to find another salon last minute.

I love my hair stylist Kirstin Reigelsperger – I won’t go anywhere else! Must see her if you’re blonde especially. She’s a true professional and an expert in her field. She can recommend the best products, toners, haircuts, treatments, etc. for you to try based on your hair type. I’ve had the best hair transformation after being her client. Plus she is so kind, genuine, and funny! Highly recommend her.

Just went here this past week for a haircut with Teress and I loved it. The whole atmosphere of the place is fun and cozy! Teress was amazing as I’ve been struggling with my hair for over a year now, she helped me make my first steps to fully renew my hair. I will be headed back in a few weeks and I’m so thankful that Teress took the time to understand my hair and is so willing to help me bring my old hair back 🙂

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had my makeup done there by Merlin. She was AMAZING! I left feeling so confident and beautiful. I was born male and present male most of the time but was presenting female that day and the transformation she did was perfect. Being male presents some challenges with makeup and she handled them so well. The countering was impressive. I also was introduced to Teress the owner and she was so kind and welcoming. They made me feel so at home and seemed to really see me as a person which was so appreciated. I really can’t say enough positive things!
