I went to get my haircut, even asked if they do women hair and I was told yes just can’t style it. Messed up big time! SHE EVEN KNEW the stylist said “I didn’t think you’d straighten or style your hair” so you knew it was messed up and then even took my decent tip I gave you! I went back to get it fixed and it’s still not fixed, I have to let my hair grow out so I can go somewhere else to get it fixed. They also said they were going to refund me but still haven’t received it. I will post pictures. They couldn’t even apologize! If I don’t receive my refund soon I will be reaching out to the owner. So disappointed in how this company handled the situation. How hard is it to cut a straight line?

We came here to get an undercut done for my daughter. Unfortunately the hairstylist lied to us when she said that she had the skill set needed in order to complete the design my daughter had gotten previously at another Barbershop. Judge for yourself if you need any type of design work done I would not recommend barber shop. When I tried to bring the mistakes to the hairstylist attention she said she just went with the flow after she realized that she made a mistake which I understand but I feel that she should have made me aware and apologized. I’ve attached photos so you all can see. The first image is what she did the second image is what we had requested.

I showed up at my scheduled time and was greeted by a friendly staff. This was the first time I had visited a Sport Clips and the person cutting my hair was great!
