I have Been a customer of Bellezza salon for 15 years now! I cannot Say enough about how amazing this salon is. The owner, Jocelyn, is a master. She knows color better than anyone I’ve ever seen. Her intuition on cuts is incomparable. Her stylists, front desk staff, etc are all AMAZING. Leslie is great also! I highly Recommend this salon for anyone who wants great cut and color in a clean and friendly place.

This has been my favorite salon. I like the level of attentiveness and everyone seems nice. However I recently visited for a simple blow out. I was greeted by an assistant called Maya. She washed my hair and it was the worst. I don’t know what experience she has but All the water got on my clothes. All the shampoo was in my ear it was a bad experience that half way I just asked if I can get someone else. I also noticed she was gossiping about me to other girls in the salon. She wasn’t even discreet about it. I felt so embarrassed. And the other girls just laughed and stared at me. Like what kind of person would do that? It was by far the worst experience I ever had at a salon. She needs better training and also needs to stop gossiping and also the other ladies in the salon made it obvious. Very bad experience.

Also, she recommended awesome products that work best with my hair. The owner, Jocelyn is extremely friendly, spending a few minutes catching up with me during my appointment. The salon was extremely clean, sanitized, and practiced social distancing. With everything going on in the world, this salon is professional, creates a relaxing and luxurious experience even with restrictions that are currently in place.
