Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe owner is very nice, professional, and about her business however, after years of Rebecca being my beautician I had to part ways. Rebecca starting being late, unorganized, unprofessional, and unfocused. The last time I went my appointment was for 8 am she texted me and asked me to come at 9am because she had been out all night with her boyfriend. I got there at 9am she still didn’t get there until 9:30am, she was hungover and kept saying she didn’t feel like working and was moving very slow. So slow that 4 of her appointments had walked in and were sitting waiting on her, the owner had to say something to her. The time before that she had me waiting 3 hours before she had even got to my head and I was on time for my appointment. She goes out and parties, overbooks her clients, comes in high and hungover, and doesn’t work to the best of her ability and takes shortcuts because she’s overwhelmed because she goes out and parties every night with her boyfriend. She ignores text and phone calls of people who’s hair she didn’t probably do right because she doesn’t want to fix their hair. The owner is very nice, professional, and about her business however, after years of Rebecca being my beautician I had to part ways. Rebecca starting being late, unorganized, unprofessional, and unfocused.
