I went to this Great Clips on a Sunday because I was in the neighborhood. I was taken in quickly. The lady said she could not find my style information in the computer from a different Great Clips. So, I told her my requirements. This turned out to be the 2nd worst haircut I have ever had. I will not be returnig to this Great Clips.

I’ve had many great haircuts from this place. Especially for what it is in regards to thier business model of get em in get out in 10 minutes or less I’ve always had great people that listened, took thier time, talked to me to let me know that they understood how my hair works, etc. BUT this past weekend thier “area manager” was cutting hair- she didn’t let me talk, didn’t listen when I said longer in the front/shorter in the back, acted like she looked at the picture I showed her but clearly didn’t, didn’t listen when she suggested that we only take about an inch off the back and I said no yr gonna have to take more than that for the front to be at the length that I’m showing you, didn’t listen when I said that I usually have to have thinning shears or my hair gets too fluffy. The only thing that she listened to was when I said please don’t do that thing where you stack my hair in the back and make me look like a mushroom head. My hair is now shorter in the front, longer in the back and I have a fluffy puppy eared mullet. There is a reason that this person is in management and needs to not pretend that she can cut hair at a level that people want to pay for. I’ve literally done a better job myself and I know nothing about cutting hair.
