I took my son in for a hair cut for his 17th birthday, he’s been growing his hair out for a year to get a cut he wanted. I don’t remember the woman that cut his hair but she was heavier set and seemed annoyed I was walking back to the chair with my son who asked me to tell her how he wanted it in reference to a picture he had. She said she could do it. Not only was my son upset, about the style but the cut she gave him was way shorter than the picture. She completely chopped all his grown hair. I was so upset I really didn’t want to pay for the cut. With all that being said she didn’t cut it crooked or anything it just was the wrong cut and took off all the hair he waited so long to grow out.

I was advised when I got a perm my hair would be very dry from the damage but to my surprise it turned out just what I wanted and alot less dry than expected! Will definitely be back She did an awesome job and the curl rods were perfect size and love the “piggy back style perm”

Went to this salon and I personally will never go get my haircut again here! Not only did I leave the salon with wet hair but the scrapping of the nails on my head during the shampoo process was horrible! I had to go home and style my hair myself! Never going back! Haircut

Went in to see Megan, she has done my hair previously and has never messed up like this. 100% won’t be going back. I went in for a copper/strawberry blonde hair color. I had medium brown with highlights and have natural copper tones in my hair. I’m assuming she grabbed the wrong number of hair color because my hair was violet! Then put copper color over it and it is now bright red and she left it like that. My emotions were all over my face about it but I don’t like complaining to hair stylist so I made it outside to cry in my car. What’s even worse is she charged me $140 to do this when its not even close to what I wanted. I’ve lost all trust in her abilities and it’s heartbreaking cuz I really enjoyed going to her. She blamed the color line they use I believe “chi”. Hopefully someone can look into this. My husband wants me to demand a refund but I don’t think I could go in there and do that. Highly recommend going somewhere else since one of their other girls gave me stair steps for layers last summer because she wanted to leave on time. Didn’t even wanna blow dry my hair since it would put her over her out time.
