Critical: QualityReceived a gel pedicure. My cuticles weren’t clean and neither was under or the sides very well. There was no exfoliating. The dip manicure is uneven and terribly thick. Sister and I went for pedis and I had a man doing mine and my sister had a lady. Both started at the same time but I was done about 15 minutes earlier then her! I was told the Pedi I opted for included approx 15minutes of massaging and I was lucky if I got 5! Was also told the gel manicure would only cost 10$ more but it was actually 20$ more and it had small bubbles forming on some nails as I was exiting so the guy had to do it again! Felt totally rushed by him so he could get outside to smoke because when he came back in to redo my nails he reaked of cigarette smoke walking all the way back to his work station ugh! Won’t ever go back. Beware their website has outdated pricing as well!

The hair stylist was horrible, she did the worst haircut I have gotten, I had to tell her to stop cutting my hair. A horrible experience will never return. I got up and left from her chair. These place charge so much for a haircut and they don’t even have real stylist.
