I’ve received two haircuts from this sport clips. I really miss my place back in Spokane (The Man Shop with Amanda, Annie, Jessica and the other amazing women) but this is now my go to location for haircuts since I’ve moves to Minnesota. The feel of the place is very similar, strong women who will work hard to give you a great haircut. The stylists are friendly and I’ve received two really good haircuts. I had both Misty and Nicci and they were both great! Love the MVP with the shampoo and massage (guys need a little pampering too). Now let’s be honest, are the haircuts perfect, not yet (but darn close), but hair grows back and I’m sure if I have either of these two stylists again they will improve upon the last time as I will do a better job of communicating my wants (Hey fellas if you get a bad haircut, it is probably your fault… these women cannot read your mind!)

I have never once wrote a bad review for a place, but this was unacceptable. Today, I tried booking a haircut in both Apple Valley and Burnsville locations online but they were full, which is fine. So next I decided to try booking a new appointment 3 HOURS ahead of time in Rosemount’s location. At the time, the App had a 0min wait-list but their website didn’t allow for future books, so I decided to call just to be sure. They said to just walk in around 6 and it would be fine. I waited, and then drove 40 mins out of my way to Rosemount only to find out they were booked when I got there. And to make things worse, after I explained the phone call all they said was “you know you can reserve a spot online?!” Like they didn’t even hear what I said.
