Went There today. prior to showing up went online to check in just in case it was busy. The estimated Wait time was 2min. Ok perfect we will just go in now before lunch since there is no wait. I walked in went to check in at the kiosk and the lady in the back said did you check in online I said no… online said no wait 1 min ago. Her response was terrible.. she said so condescending this is why you have to check in online because we are on an hour wait you should have checked in online. I explained I just went to check in two min earlier and it said no wait and why are you yelling at me I’m not a child…. she never said hey sorry about the inconvenience or sorry it wasn’t correct. She just talked to me like I was stupid or that it was my fault. So We left don’t bother. The sad thing is every time we have gone in there I tip the person that cuts my hair 75$ or more. It’s really disheartening to take care of them so well there every time I’m in there… and then next time I come in they treat me like absolutely garbage !! Someone just lost out on a 300% tip forever! Won’t be back!

The lady that I had did not listen to anything that I requested barely cut a quarter of an inch off the top, this was my first time there It was a horrible experience. My hair is all jacked up . Checked in our wait was 32 minutes. The lady’s working had a sour attitude when I asked where the bathroom was for my 3yearold. As we waited the time added another 25minutes. I got the txt that we would be seen in 15 minutes, the lady then decides to take a break and it added another 30 minutes to our wait. At this point that’s 1hr 30 min wait time when I was originally told 30. We Will not be back.
