Jenny is amazing! I went to her for soft gel extensions and she was so great! She took the time to educate me on what she was doing and why (which I very much appreciate). She shaped my nails beautifully and did a cute design from a photo I showed her. She even had some design details she added (which she asked me before doing) that made it better! The salon is very clean and organized. She is so sweet and made conversation that felt like I was talking to a friend I had known for years. I’m so excited to go back to her in a few weeks!

I cannot recommend Jenny from Osmosis enough! She is SO talented, detail-oriented, and thorough – you can really tell she knows what she’s doing and that she truly cares about making you feel special through her work. I’m not very knowledgeable about nails, but Jenny ALWAYS makes sure to explain my options, recommend colours, and suggest designs, but NEVER in a pushy way.

A personal one on one experience, no loud noises, no waiting distracting TV’s running in the background.
