Horrible service but i assume because I was African American, his phone and co-workers were more important. Not sure why he was rude and irritating and displayed towards me because he’s never done my nails before but then to cut my nails down low and try to say it look fine to you and its not your hand. Smh!! The staff was no help by watching him converse back and forth with his friend who was working on another ladies feet. By far the worst i cut off 1 set of nails and the the other hand is how he screwed up

This place has an integrity problem. We checked prices at the start for kids pedicure which was quoted as $25, but when we went to pay they said it was $35 which included manicure and pedicure, even though kids did not get a manicure, just color. Moving on to the adults, they did not say beforehand that an almond shape was a different price from a square shape and neither did the price indicate as such. Technicians were okay with their work but this habit of price gouging left a bad taste in our mouth. We will not return.

All of my friends and coworkers always ask who do I go to for my nails and i always recommend this place! Danny does an amazing job and always delivers whenever I have an idea or picture of the design I want for my nails!! 1000000% recommend!

Poor customer service. They charge you more than the price list says. They quote you a price and bump it up at check out. FYI -Almond shape is $5 more than square (not listed in the price list). Just getting a 4 year old nails’ painted costs $10. Again, the price list does not have this. Be an informed customer. Pedicure, Manicure, Acrylic nails

They are very disorganized and not the nicest. I took my daughter for a mom and daughter mani/pedi. Had an appt and explained why were there. They tooky daughter to do her mani first since she picked her color. But then took me to do my pedi so we were separate. The mani was overpriced, no lotion, no massage just nail dip. I paid over 300.00 to have mani pedis in the quiet. Because my daughter and I were separated. The woman who did my daughters fingers cut more then one finger and didn’t even have her clean it. Just left it bloody. I also noticed how rude they spoke to people. I’ll probably take my cash elsewhere

This is my worst experience in that spa. I was getting my pedicures, there was a gentleman was helping me. It was my first time getting franch so I asked for his opinion, and i got it done and he knew I didn’t like it much.so he told me to come the next morning because he had a customer waiting for him.I told him I could wait till he done with the customer. however, he sent someone to change the color. her name is TRISHA , SHE SO Rude.she came in with altitude, and she yield at me like I’m dumb ” did you pick the color?*3″ I said yes but she kept saying it more than twice.she so disrespectful, she even said “next time make sure you pick the right color” she was speaking to me like a little girl, very disrespectful. I wasn’t even rud till she treated me like a dume.I understand ,costumer service is challenging but you also have to know how to keep your customers happy too!! The same guy helped me to redo my pedicurehe was very nice guy.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityIt’s my second time visiting this business, first time was years ago. I came here to get a gel manicure. The technician (didn’t bother to ask for her name) did a terrible job: she made one of my fingers bleed from cutting my cuticles and some other fingers sore. When she was filing my nails, she did it so close to my skin that I cried out to tell her to stop: and she did that 3 times. I thought all of that could be forgiven as long as the nails turn out great, but they didn’t. The nails were uneven, some had air bubbles, a small piece of lint, and a weird black spot. I knew these nails would bother me if I just left the business like this so I asked for a redo. The originally lady was impatient as if she was annoyed by my unhappiness with her terrible work. Eventually a different nail tech came and she did a wonderful job and I was satisfied with my nail. In the end of the day, the most important thing about any nail salon is the nail techs. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueProbably the worst and most unprofessional nail salon in the Lorton area! I went for a nail polish and my nails were done by a young apprentice. She was very friendly and polite but I had to tell her to use a buffer to make my nails look smooth and to also remove the dust before putting the nail polish on. She also didn’t put a towel on the table or had me wash my hands.The next day my nail polish started to chip on all fingers. I went back to get it fixed. The owner said it was normal since it’s nail polish!! So they take your money and tell you afterwards that the service doesn’t last more than 24h!! I had nail polish that hold for way longer than that and would not have paid $15 if I knew it was going to be messed up the next day!Not only he refused to redo my nail but also did not agree to refund me. He said that he would not get paid to redo my nails.
