This yoga studio has classes for all. The instructors make everyone feel welcome and offer modifications depending on where you are in your practice. All of the services they offer here are great! If you are thinking about trying yoga or getting a relaxing massage, do it here. You won’t be sorry!

I had an amazing massage with Sue this past weekend. I was desperately in need of a massage but due to medical issues I was worried about selecting the right therapist. Sue & I discussed everything thoroughly before the massage, she explained what she could do for me, and the type of massage she would provide. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body, knows many methods to help heal the body & I am grateful I selected her as my massage therapist. If you want a traditional Swedish Massage, I would say you could select any therapist. If you have medical issues & have concerns about your body, I would highly recommend Sue! I feel it was meant to be for me to select her because when I left Soulful Journeys, I felt so much lighter…mind, body & spirit!

Had a wonderful massage with Larissa. She really loosened up my shoulders well, which is hard to do (she said they were like rocks ). I asked for deep pressure and she was able to relax my back. Location is convenient for me and there was plenty of on street parking on a Sat afternoon. Also, I love that they are on the Mind Body app- it makes booking and paying so easy!
