Service I normally go to the enfield location but they had a long wait so i came here instead. 2 Seperate ladies did my 2 boys and one was more nasty than the other. Even asked me to take a seat when the child right next to us had his parent and when i declined she made a face. Started giving my son the wrong haircut and when i reminded her we were doing something different than what the system said his last haircut was she proceeded to in an annoyed manner ask me what i wanted. Any question/suggestion i had was always met with a snobby comeback. I felt belittled and like she thought lowly of me because i walked in with 3 younger kids and im hispanic and looked out if place or they thought i wasnt going to tip, i really dont know but every other person that walked in was treated with alot more respect . The worst experience ive ever had taking my boys for a haircut and i couldnt wait for them to be done so i could leave.

Brought my husband in for a haircut today 10/12/22, and a shave, my husband is showing signs of short term memory lost now, when we arrived, I explained to the stylist of what needed to be done, and after my husband got seated in the chair, there where questions from the stylist if he wanted his beard, my husband does not grow a beard, this was from his lack of shaving and his electric shaver broke, which I told her, she continued to ask him, and was confusing him, which then lead into a argument between her and myself, being his wife, I then tried to explain to her again, and asked her to shave the hair growth on his chin, she again looked at him, and kept telling me …He is the customer, I get it, but I’m the wife, and the one who drove him there, and was paying for it, this stylist did not want to hear anything from me, I thought she was rude, and would not listen to me, and ontop of that, she had the other lady at the business, cash us out, ontop of all of this, my husband has been going there for almost 2 years, like clock work every 4 weeks, now she is telling him to find another place to go to, my thought is which I hope someday stylist will recognize, and I shouldn’t have to make an announcement about his memory, but when a man who has been coming to your place of business for a long period of time, and then notices that the wife is with him, then something is up, especially when he doesn’t go up to the counter to explain what kind of service he wants, which is what I did.

Worst service ever from a haircut place. I wish I could give negative stars. Lady had an attitude from the start. I asked if she can please cut the hairs she missed and she said that that’s all she can do. Basically telling me that my haircut was done. She still charged me $15 and my haircut is not right. I told her it was messed up but still insisted that I pay the $15. I asked to speak to the manager and she was like that’s me. I asked for her boss and she was “you know that fancy phone you have, you can look up his number on there” I asked her for her name and would not give it to me, but on the receipt it has her name(Crystal) once I saw it and asked if that’s her she told me to make sure I spell her name correctly and not mess it up. People like her should not be in charge of a professional establishment.
