First visit went well, but enzyme facial didn’t hit the mark. Second appointment I was called to come in earlier than my appointment that day because another appt cancelled. That time I was able to do so. Facial and microdermabrasion were nice. Exactly what I wanted, but she tried to upsell on other treatments that, if I agreed to, would have provided significant down time. I went with my gut, and did one small one. I had a third appointment for later in January, but after the results of my last treatment (downtime), I texted her and rescheduled for late February. All confirmed. Then, on what was suppose to be my old third appointment this week, I get a call to come in earlier (again). I had to remind Susan of our text string confirming change to late February. She tells me she got dates wrong, and can only me the next day. I inform her I want to keep the late February date. She then informs me there is nothing available until April. She is obviously too busy for new clients, trying hard to squeeze them in when others cancel. That may work for some, but I need a salon with predictability and to be able to build a relationship. Susan is very personable, but sadly must move on.
