I just moved to Texas from California and I’ve been looking for a good nail salon that can do gel X and nail art. It took me a couple tries, but I finally Found this nail salon in Haslet right off the freeway! I was taken care of by Mimi and Michelle as my nail techs. They meticulously made sure everything was perfect and did not rush the process. This place is now my go to nail spa! I will definitely be back every 2 weeks hehe.

After coming under new management the salon has changed for the better. It’s cleaner, run better and they truly care about the client. It’s a relaxing atmosphere and they care about the customer experience. Walking in you can just feel that it’s nicer and they do a fantastic job. My Mom and I regularly get our nails done there and I’ve been very happy with my dip manicure. I definitely recommend this salon.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueShowed the nail tech the color is was going for (a navy that is pictured) and she helped me pick a color that she assured me would be close. After doing 1 nail, I told her I wasn’t sure about it and asked to look at the colors again to choose a new one. She INSISTED I use the color she chose and closed the book telling me to trust her.After finishing my nails, they turned out a cobalt purple (pictured). I went to my car and called and they said they would redo them a different color no problem. I get in the salon and the receptionist is extremely rude from the beginning because I came back, telling me I should have told them after 1 nail that I didn’t like the original color because now they have to redo them and it takes a lot of their time. Let me remind you, I asked to look at the book after my first mail was done and the tech shut the book and told me to trust her.As I’m waiting for the tech to finish the pedicure she was doing, I could hear her talking about me to the customers nails she was working on, as she wasn’t 10 feet away from me. I watched her the entire time until she looked my way embarrassed because she saw that I was watching her.I’m very appreciative that they redid my manicure, however it is the worst looking manicure I’ve ever had because she wanted me out of there. She didn’t care what they looked like. The ones she did originally looked amazing.I just had a baby and was looking forward to getting time to myself, but this was a nightmare.I will never be back. Just got an amazing pedicure from Nicole she was gentle on my feet and did a great job overall. Huge color selection so I was able to find a gel color that matched the shade I was looking for. The service/care here was great plus the massage from both the pedicure and the chair was very relaxing. Will definitely be back!
