I usually won’t broadcast how great a salon is in the risk that I’ll never be able to get a last minute appointment again but I have had multiple great experiences in here. From a cut and blowout to going from dark brown to blonde over 2 sessions and everyday blowouts. Johanna is your girl for the job!

This review is long overdue. Bibi is a fabulous hair dresser! I have long dark thick curly hair and she does an amazing job doing thin highlights throughout to create a very natural-looking blonde look. She also does a terrific layered cut that gives my hair great shape, and her blowouts are impressive. Highly recommend Bibi for cut and color, especially for people with curly hair!

I just got my haircut with Sean and he did such an amazing job! My hair was very dry and lifeless so I told him I wanted layers and he did exactly that and more! I didn’t even expect him to style my hair the way that he did so that was also a bonus. I also got so many compliments on my hair. I recently moved to New Jersey and I have been reading reviews and searching for 3 months for a hair salon that I can trust my hair with. After reading reviews of Valentino & Jet I am so happy I chose to go with my gut feeling. Gallina is just AWESOME! I told her about my sensitivity to how my hair is done and she set 20 minutes just to explain what’s the best approach for the style I want. My hair looks great and I feel great because her energy was the most important aspect. She’s full of positivity! Everyone was pleasant and so nice and I’m just happy I found my salon and feel so comfortable being there.

Great local salon! Was visiting family and had to change my appointment time and they were so accommodating! I came in for blow out and Nick was terrific! My blowout lasted 5 days! Love this place. It’s clean, the staff are friendly and punctual. You’re greeted once you walk in and they take your jacket. You’re immediately set up with your stylist. I had stylist Sasha multiple times and she’s AMAZING. Great balayage and blow out. Love her!

My first time at the salon and everyone was nice. I was assigned with Sasha. While she seemed to be taking her time to understand what I had in mind, at the end, she did with what she herself had in mind. I ended up with very dark hair that I did not want in the first place. She would advocate for the outcome as “dark hair is not boring” and “it is fall, and dark hair is appropriate”. I even showed her a picture that I liked, and she said she doesn’t like it. She seemed to be more interested in executing her own taste and opinion rather than listening to what the client is asking and trying to make that happen. As for the haircut, I asked for trimming the ends, but it was not done carefully as I was left with hair that still had split ends. Overall, I was not happy with the outcome.

I followed Shawn here from another salon because I don’t trust anyone else with my 2C hair. He always cuts it beautifully, and his skills with color are amazing. Plus he’s a lovely person. Altogether, always a wonderful experience.
