I walked into the studio 20 minutes to closing. Pammi greeted immediately and walked me to her chair asking what service I wanted. The price for eyebrows was listed 6.99 On the door, I asked for eyebrows and upper lip. After doing my upper lip, she asked if I wanted chin, I agreed. I was charged 21.00. She was quick, did a thorough job and handed me a mirror to confirm my satisfaction asking if I’d like gel, which I turned down the aloe, but it was offered.

she made my eyebrows asymmetrical, maybe she thought that I had no money and started yelling prices as soon as I entered the property. The woman who works there is rude and arrogant. I do not advise you to go there and spoil your eyebrows and mood.

She did a great job, however, pricing was false advertising. Everywhere mentions $4.99 eyebrow threading. Once you enter, one of the four signs has a sticker over the 4 replaced with $6.99. When I asked how much with upper lip, she said $15 total. I have never heard of price breakdown where upper lip is more than eyebrows. Fine if prices have to go up with the pandemic, but they shouldn’t falsely advertise. I felt deceived.

It was an okay place at first, but one time, the lady did one of my eyebrows so thin, it didn’t match with my other one. Second, I was about to go do my eyebrows on Sunday at around 5:48. The place closed at 6. As I went in, there was 2 other girls who had just went in. As I went in, the lady was all “Oh, we’re not doing any more till tomorrow…sorry.” Yeah, like sorry is suppose to solve anything. It was not even 6 yet, but yet, they decided to close 12 minutes early. Jokes on them, they just lost 3 clients. Therefore, I wouldn’t completely recommend. It’s cheap, but not the best.

I have been coming to this place to get my eyebrows done for over 2 years. They usually do a good job. Hence why i gave it 3 stars. But this time, they messed up my eyebrows. They cut me 3 times, made one eyebrow shorter, and they didn’t even remove all the hair. If I wanted to get my eyebrows messed up, I would have done it myself.
