Awful! They were so worried about my children being with me. They wouldn’t paint my daughters nails because they didn’t want to. I got a mani pedi. The paint on my toes is already chipping away. I got shellac on my nails and after TWO days they are already chipped and some nails are completely off. I am in disbelief. I have never had paint come off so quickly; definitely shellac!! How disappointing after spending $76 on a service.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy daughter came here to get her nails done. They not only did not do her nails like she asked but refused to fix them when I brought her back the paint was bubbled on almost every nail and the flames that she asked for look like grass not flames. There is also many thing they can not done because they dont know how. On top of that the lady was so rude it was unreal. My daughter came here to get her nails done. They not only did not do her nails like she asked but refused to fix them when I brought her back the paint was bubbled on almost every nail and the flames that she asked for look like grass not flames. There is also many thing they can not done because they dont know how. On top of that the lady was so rude it was unreal. We will never come back here again and if you want good nails I recommend you dont either.

I used to go to this place a lot, but hadn’t been in awhile. Went today and won’t be going back. My nails came out ok though the top clear coat was put on in a rush and not total coverage. The lady though got very rude with me when I was telling her the colors I wanted for my design. Told me that I needed to make up my mind because she was busy. She also did my daughters nails. On many of her nails she now has raw spots where she was extremely rough when filing. She also made the nails extremely thin so I doubt they will even last a week. Their windows say under new management, I think they need the old management back.

Has an awful experience ! Pedicures weren’t good at all didn’t hardly do anything to our feet. Our Bridal party of 8 had an appointment and we all got the same thing and all had different prices for what ever reason. Very upsetting for the price they charged us!

Got my nails dipped last Saturday at this salon, 5 days ago, and they all popped off tonight. Completely disgusted! I came to this salon because my regular lady was too busy and I had to get them done before leaving town. Big mistake! Her nails last a month and have to be taken off even after that long! I’m also irritated that I paid $30 too when hers cost $20. And on top of it all, they were not well done, they were thick and looked like bubbles on my finger tips but like I said I was pressed for time so I couldn’t have them redone. Won’t be coming back!
