Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would not recommend this facility. I paid $210.00 dollars to have my hair ruined by stylist MARLENE. I showed her a picture of the chocolate brown color I wanted and I ended up with orange and light brown hair. I asked for a refund. They refused. She offered to just put a toner on it, instead of correcting it with the color I originally thought I was paying for. Now it’s going to cost me much more to have it corrected. I showed her a picture of the chocolate brown color I wanted and I ended up with orange and light brown hair. I asked for a refund. They refused. This place is very relaxing, everyone is friendly and they offer you coffee, tea and snacks, the shop is gorgeous. I LOVE hair dresser Zendra, she is so good, she accommodated my fear of the got comb, she was very gentle and made me feel relaxed. The best press I’ve ever had and did not revert back to its natural state after a few days like my hair normally does. ( I’ve been natural for going on 3yrs). She also did some feed in braid that are to die for! LOVE, LOVE,LOVE HER!

I have been going to have my hair done by Julianna Jones for several years. She is very professional and takes pride in her work. Julianna is excellent at dying and cutting hair. I have had the opportunity of having other stylists working with my hair and she has excelled in making me look beautiful every time. I can’t say enough good things about Brittany. I have been seeing Brittany for several years and she never disappoints. I am always changing up the colors on my hair and Brittany is always happy to accommodate. She is very personable and his always on top of her communications with me regarding appointments. The salon has new ownership, so clients no longer make appointments over the main salon number. You make your appointment directly with the stylist via their mobile number. I recommend making your appointment right away after your service, so you can get the appointment you want. Don’t wait until you want to get in, as stylist get booked and you may not get the day you want. I like the new way and have not had a problem with Brittany. Brittany you are a super star. Thank you for my hair being fabulous and for the hair tips.
