Had my haircut last week by Michelle or Nicole, I remember her saying people always spell her name wrong lol.. but I cannot rave enough about her. Not only did she give me an amazing haircut, but she was super courteous and personable. She is friendly and funny and I didn’t want to leave her chair, because she is entertaining and we had a great conversation . Highly recommend seeing her. I’ve been a customer for several years, you will not be disappointed with any of the staff here.

The guy noor that that posted a review about a certain gentleman that works at this location is definitely fabricating the situation I was in at the same time getting my child’s haircut by another stylist, and I did not see anybody being rude to anybody as the gentleman was paying the stylist that did great job in my opinion on his hair. He didn’t complain when he left and his hair did not look like the picture that he posted on his Google review it was parted to the side and definitely was not sticking up like that, he must have went home and pushed it up to make it seem like it was a bad haircut now if that’s not the way you wear your hair and The stylist did that why would you leave and not say oh I parted to the side he went home and fabricated a bad review when there was nothing to be mad or upset about. I also witnessed the stylus say have a great holiday and thank you for your generosity I believe he was not tipped he was not rude in any manner, and this gentleman said he not accept my tip I’m not sure what that means but he definitely did not offer one so please disregard this man’s blatant fabrication because he was embarrassed I believe because the man was nice and said thank you for your generosity when there was no generosity to be thankful for.

The lady that cut my hair screwed up badly, cut a patch into the back of my head, my side burn was on a slant and went literally an inch above the other sideburn. It was a 10 minute cut not even and the lady was rude. Do not go here.

It was apparent staff were not interested in being there. My daughter asked for long bangs, showed a picture and confirmed the desired length, still cut inches too short. She was in the chair maybe 5 minutes. No wash, no full haircut. Just a few snips that I could easily do at home. Not even blended or tapered. I am extremely disappointed. Will never return to Great Clips. Not a pleasant experience from the moment we entered through to exit. Save yourself some aggravation – go somewhere else.

I’ve not had a bad experience at Great Clips at Eastgate Square Mt.Laurel. Tonja the manager has impeccable customer service and experience. Dawn the assistant manager,who has been doing hair for 30+ years has always given me and my family amazing service and perfect haircuts everytime. The staff is friendly and courteous. Please don’t listen to comments from people that are hard to please and eager to talk bad about businesses, on the hope’s of getting something for free by lying about the service of an establishment. Dre snow,… He has had nothing but negative reviews on Google. That should tell you something. He is looking for free services and at the expense of degrading skilled stylists and other businesses. He should be ashamed that he could care less about people’s professions and livelihood. Shame.

Place blows n really jerked off. Wait time long and increases once there, they stand around finger jam themselves; nobody realizes they’re people watching while they do nothing, the hair cut looks like a dog chewed on your head and all I asked for was a simple fade. They slept thru that lesson at the school house, place is really bad! I’m just a guy with a simple cut.

I have the best haircut I have ever had from here. Dawn was my stylist and she did a terrific job. Everyone I know has complimented me on it, but for myself this is the most flattering haircut I’ve gotten in a very long time. I look ten years younger. I absolutely recommend Great Clips in general because all the ladies there are very courteous, helpful with suggestions, and very thorough- and I recommend Dawn because she did a great job on this head of mine!
