They don’t take call ahead like their competition but I only waited a few minutes before being summoned to a chair. The cut was fast and good and the stylist was friendly. However for a senior male with little hair I feel like the discount price was high, especially when compared to the competition.

On several previous visits got a nice cut from Amanda. Last visit about 2 months ago, I returned within a couple hours and asked for a little more to be taken off the top. I made a concerted effort not to be rude, demanding, or hostile and thanked her several times. Don’t know if it was her sinus headache, her immaturity, or the presence of other customers, but she evidently took offense at my return, even though I waited patiently for her to finish the client she had in her chair. Called this AM for a PM appointment but when I got there, she refused to help me. Guess just a cut doesn’t generate enough tip for her to fool with. I’ll be looking elsewhere for a competent, mature stylist.

Can I give zero stars? Needed to book a quick hair cut (even though I knew better) after my barber had to cancel last minute. “Checked in online” arrived on time and every stylist looked at me like I had six heads. No greeting just “it’s going to be at least an hour, as you can see we’re all busy”. Zero customer service as I expected and they certainly weren’t getting my money after that. Go elsewhere – likely not worth your 20 bucks anyway.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityVery friendly and greeted us at the door with hand sanitizer. Haircuts were quick and exactly what we wanted. For my 2 year old son I have gone to other places (including the one on 460) and I literally had to tell them how to cut his hair! (I am not a hairdresser and would expect them to know how to do their job!) But this guy knew exactly what to do and it came out great!!! My daughters cut was simple with long layers and it came out great too Very friendly and greeted us at the door with hand sanitizer. Haircuts were quick and exactly what we wanted. Lauren has been doing my hair for almost 2 years. She does my color, highlights, cut, and style. She knows when to skip the highlights so I don’t cause unnecessary damage, and pays attention to details. I highly recommend this business, and especially Lauren.
