Will never go back here again. Walked in at 9 AM on Saturday and one of the employees pops her head out to tell me they’re not open. I asked if they open at 9 as the door says and she said yeah, but they haven’t opened the door yet. How did I walk in through a door that wasn’t open? No accountability. Rather than just saying we’re running a bit behind, please sign in and we’ll be with you shortly, I get a go to hell look for being in there when they’re allegedly open per their own posted hours. Clearly I wasn’t welcome here so I will never return and will find a competitor that actually wants my business. Bye forever Sports Clips.

I waited 86 minutes which is fine but when my son finally gets to the chair the last was very rude and as I was getting ready to tell her how I wanted my son’s hair cut she basically walked away to talk to another employee to talk about their lunch. Then she started texting her order for lunch without even acknowledging we were there waiting. Won’t be back.

I recently had a hair emergency and had gotten a round brush hopeless stuck in the back of my hair. After hours of struggle to no avail, I called them and they got me in quickly. The stylist was able to free me from 15 hours of painful attachment to the brush with minimal loss of hair. Not only was Amy technically skilled, I really appreciated her sensitivity and sympathetic nature in a most embarrassing situation. I cannot recommend them enough and their professionalism!
