I saw Tammy for the first time here for a 90 minute Swedish/lymph massage and she did not disappoint! She was friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and you could tell right away she had a passion for making people feel their very best. She took the time to ask questions about which areas needed the most attention, offering suggestions based on my personal history. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel very relaxed. I hired her to do hair for myself, my mom and my bridesmaids for my wedding and she did a phenomenal job! I became a client at Salon Indigo in January of 2022. My first 2 stylists left the salon. I was being moved to a 3rd stylist for my August appointment. This is completely unacceptable to have been there for 8 months and moved to a 3rd stylist. Given this circumstance the owner should have made the call to me. Not the receptionist. This was an indication to me that my business isn’t valued there. I have moved on to another salon.

I sought out Indigo Salon for the Ouidad cut. These curls need proper attention and Lori is THE girl you go see for your curls. From the first email all the way to now (today was my fourth visit), their professionalism and courtesy has never faltered. Lori and her team are skilled and beyond knowledgable in their craft. More than that, these women genuinely enjoy being in the salon with their clients. I have had conversations where I’m laughing to the point of tears sharing stories about my dog and I’ve had conversations that pull on my heart strings over stories of courage and inspiration. Taylor is always on her game with scheduling and the staff are so prompt with getting back to emails and calls. The salon is S-P-O-T-L-E-S-S. I’m talking absolutely pristine from one area to the next. Today especially, I found my experience at the salon really special. Each time I go, I get a glimpse into the stylist behind the chair and the woman she is in her home, in her social circle, and in the world. These women really are all about empowering others and making you look and feel your best. See you in April, Team Indigo.
