Horrible experience. She cut my hair the way she wanted NOT the way I wanted. My hair is very uneven. Right from the start she had made a comment about my hair. While she was washing my hair she rushed through the entire thing and was being rough. The next step was to cut my hair, while she was cutting it she rushed through it as well and cut my hair at different lengths. While cutting my bangs she cut a chunk of my normal length hair with it. She thinned my hair out 5 times when I asked for it once. My hair was very thick and now it’s thin, frizzy and shorter than what i had wanted. Don’t get your hair cut by Linda.

I went in for a haircut because I needed one plus I had a Great Clips coupon from Val Pak that comes in the mail. I went on 2-15-2018 in the morning and Darlene was my hairstylist. She was very nice, polite and I told her how I wanted my hair cut. I will go back to this location when I need another haircut.

New manager there is awesome. Knows what she is doing and makes sure all customers are happy. Definitely recommend if you want to look presentable at affordable costs.

The haircut and stylist were fine. The only issue was while me and another customer were getting our haircut, there were multiple children running around. The children were not a customers child, they had to be with one of the workers only because I was the last one in the shop and the kids and women were still just sitting there clearly waiting for a employee to get off of work. Just very unprofessional of that and bad parenting for letting the children run around yelling.

I’m never going coming back, my son got literally mangled, I left some pictures, whom ever is the idiot who cut my sons hair in the morning today was either on drugs or drunk, according to my wife, he looked like he didnt want to work there, when I came from work I went back and talked to the manager and apparantly they know who I was talking about, meaning he has done this before, so they went ahead and started fixing my kids hair, my daughter was ok, but my son in the other hand had to be cut to almost at size 0, so now he almost bald and also we missed a couple things we where going to do thru out the rest of the day due to this event, so I bring them home and i bathe my kids, and now I’m finding that his scalp has a long cut that this imbecile did in the morning when he cut my sons hair, I choked when I saw this, and to be clear my kid doesn’t move, and I may sound like an imbecile too by saying so but the manager in the afternoon also notice that he remains calm and doesn’t move when it comes to a simple hair cut, they gave me two 7.99 offers to come back, but really, I got my money back but at this point the money is not they issue. I also left a picture on how his cut was supposed to be it says awesome on the bottom right corner of the picture.
