This was my first time meeting with Lisa and I’m so glad that I did. My boyfriend found Lisa online and submitted a request for her to call my. He knew I was struggling with my hair and I think he just wanted it fixed so I would change the subject honestly. Lisa called me later that evening and we spoke for about 30 minutes. I told her what my struggles were and what I was considering for a solution. She was ready to talk to and completely understood where I was coming from. We made an appointment for the next weekend before I got off the phone. During the appointment again, Lisa was easy to talk with and answered all my questions about follow-up hair care and how to do my newly permed hair. I’ve lived with the perm and cut for a little over a week now and I’m still very happy. I 100% plan on getting myself on Lisa’s calendar as a regular.
