Poor service. Lady did the wrong haircut despite shown the picture and confirmed that she is able to do it. Lady did not even make sure to cover the haircut drape completely over my body, leading to cut hair falling all over me. She did not use dryer to remove all chopped hair after cutting. Extremely poor service as compared to services I received in 2019.

Every time I find a stylist here who gives me very good cut, they leave this place! I know they have the Check in On Line deal, but I HATE IT! You get there and see one or two people waiting, and the first thing they ask is if you checked in on-line. Then people who have checked in online go ahead of you even if they come in after you! I just don’t like that!! Then they put your name on the list , which means Nothing!, as people who did the on-line thing, get to go ahead of you. They tell you it will be about 20-30 minutes, which is the lie they are told to say. The last time I was there I waited for almost an hour, then I just left. I will not be back and will look for another hair cutting place Without that stupid policy! IMO, it’s just an anger induing game for the customers who are unfortunate enough to just walk in for a haircut!
