I recently got a lash lift and tint and Skin Gloss. All the staff was very friendly however, I was not happy with my service. The tint turned out nicely, but my lashes hardly curled up. I reached out and they informed me the lashes were not processed for long enough. They said I could come in to be processed again, but that it may hurt my lashes. They offered me 20% off my next visit, but I don’t think I’ll be going back 🙁
