I went here for a boost in my B12 as I suffer from a B12 deficiency and sometimes vitamins don’t cut it. I received great customer service from the staff during my visit, everyone is very friendly and accommodating and also enjoyable to speak with in general. They helped me find the right infusion that was right for me and I almost instantly felt better and even saved me money by letting me know I didn’t need any extra injections I planned on purchasing. This was my second time there and from what I can tell they take cleanliness very seriously and it shows.

Makenzie took care of me for my first time ever getting an IV drip today! I had a severe migraine so i chose the migraine relief package and she helped get me settled into the room comfortably and got me a water. If I could give a zero, I would. I came here for an immunity infusion and it came with a “vitamin D” shot… At the injection site, I broke out in hives and got very sick the next day. I have called 3 times to see if there was a mix up in what they gave me, or a bad batch, or what the shot was cased in. My doctor has also called them- i still have not received a call back from them… and it’s almost 2 months later. Unacceptable business practice
