Called to see prices and possibly book a facial for my daughter and was spoken so rudely over the phone!!! When they answered I said my name and asked-how are they- they responded with, ” (my name, this is a business!”( in a very rude tone) I stated that was why I was calling- I didn’t bother getting the information…..if that’s how they treat potential clients over the phone- they don’t deserve my business!!!
