First time ever going to a barber to get my haircut and first time I’ve had someone else cut my beard. I walked in looking ragged as it had been a while since I had done anything with my hair or beard and I walked out looking fantastic! Amazing experience, clean shop and Matt did just a great job. Ended up canceling an appointment here after thinking of trying out their services as I had poor results from another place. I was looking for a beard trim with a clean up around the ears and neckline. The other place did a poor job at the same price as this establishment. After making my appointment, I did some extra research and found a place that charged significantly cheaper for a beard trim. I tried them out and the service was fantastic, trim excellent, and no charge for the clean up. Classic Barber wanted to charge me $30 w/o tip… the place I went to was less than $25 including a $10 tip! Classic may be good, they get good reviews, but $30 for a beard trim? I find that unreasonable. As does the barber who has my business.

My family will not be going back to classic barber because Beau did not listen to the customer when asked to keep hair on top long and only a half inch off the top. The result was around 2+ inches cut off the top and an ugly caesar front. I called Beau to give him constructive feedback related to listening to his customer but he hung up on me after I said my name and constructive feedback. Certainly that was not professional and I will share my experience with others.
