I made a haircut appointment with this salon and arrived on time. On arrival a lady was cutting another lady’s hair. I introduced myself stating I had an appointment. The lady looked at me, no smile or sign of friendliness and told me to have a seat. The lady getting the haircut left and I waited. I heard two people talking to each other in the back. No one came to the front to speak to me, no one said they’d be right with me, no one spoke to me and no one acknowledged I was still there. I left without the haircut as I was made to feel very unwelcome and this place obviously did not want my business. I left a comment on their Facebook page stating they were not welcoming. I received replies regarding my hearing and suggesting I get hearing aids. They stated they were welcoming. Couldn’t disagree more or else my idea of making one feel welcome and theirs are a complete one eighty. Their replies regarding my hearing pretty much spoke for their “welcoming”.
