This location is neat, clean and in a fabulous shopping center. Unfortunately my experience was not so fabulous. I called the Danville location for a deep tissue massages and was told ‘they don’t do that at this location’ and recommended I call another location. I called Dublin and booked a deep tissue/sports massage and was told they had an experienced technician. I wasn’t thrilled to have to drive out there, but I really needed the area worked on.

This was my first experience getting a massage at Hand & Stone. Karen at the front desk made me feel so welcome. The massage was so good It got rid of my anexity. It couldn’t of came at a better time. There was beautiful music, the massage space was nice and clean and I felt so peaceful leaving I can’t wait to go back

I sent my Mom for a Mother’s Day facial and she said it was the best facial she ever received. She said Natalia has hand of gold! My mom was even able to do a Costco run after her facial and still managed to be relaxed after! My Mom appreciated the kindness of all the staff and the time that Natalia took to actually address her concerns. She is looking forward to returning.

Repeatedly poor customer service, canceled appointments due to their booking system issues. On two occasions I was informed of the cancelation after I arrived to the spa with no apology, just “that’s just the system issue.” During the pandemic they continued to charge full membership fee even after the SPA closed. I was told “you will have credit once we reopen but we don’t know when we will reopen.”Made it challenging to cancel the membership – had to print and submit the cancelation form, the cancelation form was only available to me only after I called their headquarters, headquarters hours were M-F 8-5, no confirmation of cancellation, had to call and make sure it was canceled. All reps said the same thing “that’s just what HQ tells us to tell you.”

Sadly, I find their business practices very underhand. They make it impossible to cancel their service. You are then left with your bank to deal with the business. Also BEWARE, you are charged for things that they do not tell you upfront, and they never honor any of their coupons. Do not be surprised if your services ends up costing 2-3 times more than the initial amount you began with.

I went in for a prenatal massage – 90 minutes and added on some services. I was taken back late – close to 11:10AM even though I was on time. My 90 minute massage ended at 12:15pm (appt was at 11) for the masseuse to do my add on services. I cannot see how they can call this a 90 minute massage, if I had known my add on services were going to take time off my massage I would have never added on services. The masseuse was nice, however, the main area I asked her to work on she barely touched. When I asked the front desk why my massage ended early, she said its actually only an 80 minute massage (website states 90) and I didn’t even get an 80 minute massage. Left feeling dissatisfied.

I didn’t even get the chance of experience of massage. Every time I took any appointment they call same day or day before to cancel my appointment. Now I am planning to cancel my membership too..
