The atmosphere is great and everyone is really nice! I got a haircut and had my hair dried and curled. The curls looked great. However, it wasn’t until I washed and dried my hair that I saw how uneven my haircut was with my hair straight (how it naturally is). I’ve never been so upset with a haircut before. I most likely will not be going back but everyone was very nice!

I recently had the pleasure of having my hair done by Sammy at Opal Salon and she’s fantastic! She listened to my hair goals and was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. Sammy is incredibly knowledgeable and talented and overall such a great person! My appointments are so fun, Angela at the front desk is so friendly and sweet, and the overall ambience of the salon is relaxing and fresh! HIGHLY recommend!

Thank god I found Opal! I always leave so happy and excited to show off my hair! Calynn (the owner) is so flexible and willing to help you in any way she can. I’ve reached out to her on her instagram page a few times with random questions and she always responds quickly with great advice. Not only does she always do an amazing job on my hair with everything I ask for but, the salon itself is so beautiful! The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, as well as the rest of the staff. Sometimes, at least for a girl in her 20s, it can be intimidating going to any business that has a young and gorgeous staff but, everyone who works there is so sweet, kind, professional, and just as willing to help whenever they can. On top of all of that, the salon is SUPER clean (especially with following COVID guidelines), they’re always on time, and you definitely get your money’s worth. The list goes on but I suggest you experience it for yourself! I have recommended Opal to everyone I know and I’d encourage anyone looking for a new salon to go here!
