My stylist Erica took the time to listen to me and figured out what type of hair I have and what exactly I wanted done to it. I wanted a short pixie cut and she was so particular about every section of hair and made she everything was perfect. When I left I was so happy I was almost in tears. It was perfect. This was my first time at Jet salon and I loved every minute of it. Everyone was so nice and friendly. My stylist Erica took the time to listen to me and figured out what type of hair I have and what exactly I wanted done to it. Critical: Professionalism, ValueFor those of you looking for a budget, don’t come here. Let me tell you why, I got balayage highlights and it cost over $450 + tip and $110+ tip for root touch up. They lie about the prices at first when you ask over the phone so be careful! However if you’re like me and will splurge on something like your hair & it’s important to you it’s not that big of a deal BUT ☝ This is When I am your regular customer Please DO NOT talk about other clients in front of me I hate gossip and that is very telling of the kind of people that work here. Second of all, I have been going to this salon for 5+ YEARS!! (I’ve seen many employees come & go) so anyway, I pay by debit card but the receptionist forgot to hand it back to me & so I forget as well.
