This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They do so much for such a reasonable price. Always time your massage for the pedicure so that you get the full 5 minutes, and do paraffin wax and hot stones as well. I recently moved away and will miss going here.

Let me start by saying this isn’t my first rodeo with this shop. I liked the shop because it was a smaller shop to avoid going to the bigger commercial shops. Most of the time the service is mediocre but for what you are paying it is okay. On this particular day, I wanted a deluxe pedicure with shellac and a full set with regular polish. The tech quoted a price of $85, I agreed and she started the services. Multiple times during the pedicure she cut my toe and got an attitude that I was complaining about it. She and the other nail techs started speaking Vietnamese and laughing, which made me very uncomfortable. Even the other customers noticed the behavior of the techs. I felt like they were being prejudiced because the other customers were not getting the attitude and roughness I was getting. She started my timer for the massage before finishing my polish and used cuticle oil to rub my feet for the massage. I felt like she was rushing me out of there. The pedicure I asked for had hot stones she didn’t even use them. I asked her which Pedi did she do, and she said regular. I paid $45 and my feet are still rough, my toe still hurt, and I did not even get any lotion on my legs and feet. I left out of there in tears. I felt so violated and discriminated against. I will never use them again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

So went for a manicure and pedicure . Horrible services . While doing your services they talk about you in Vietnamese and laugh. They don’t realize people can turn on translation apps and know exactly what they are saying . All I asked was if I am paying 10 dollars for scrubbing my feet and 10 for massage , can they please cut my cuticles – her answer was no I’ll charge and looked at her coworker and spoke in Vietnamese and laughed . Stop that !!!! You are in America learn English and speak in English it’s basic manners . Horrible !!!!! Never coming back

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuethe pedicure was amazing.the manicure…asked for acrylics medium length pointy with black heart shape at tip.2 fingers were cut one pretty deep. maybe half the nails had indentions in them… 2 were messy… black polish on fingers. one broke the next morning so i went to remove them all. didn’t want to keep them since i knew the rest that were too thin would break easily… they remembered me. and charged me for the removal. i tipped both times i was there because tipping is vital to salon ladies. but charging the measly 10 bucks to remove the poorly done painful nails is bad customer service. i was going to come back for the excellent pedicure but i will not be returning now at all.Services: Pedicure, Manicurethe pedicure was amazing.the manicure…asked for acrylics medium length pointy with black heart shape at tip. …More

My experience with this business Monday, May 2nd was unbelievable! Trying 2 different times to get a nail repaired has never been so humiliatingly! Instead of listening to what I wanted which was to cut the lifted nail and apply powder as an overlay, the tech just used glue. Of course the next day, Tuesday the glue didn’t hold. I returned to get a pedicure from Michelle and get the nail repaired not glued. The lady who glued the nail the day before ignored Michelle when she called out to her to say I wanted my nail fixed. About 40 minutes later,, my pedicure was finished. The lady was next to me doing a pedicure. I asked her if she would do my nail. She said she was busy! Well no one was in the shop and she was not busy 40 minutes earlier. She asked if I could wait and I told her I could not. She asked the lady who was on her tablet and the two talked back and for but that lady started kicking her feet while sitting in the chair, she had a tantrum and refused to do my nail and I believe it was because I am Black.

I waited an extremely long time to receive poor service and pay for poor quality nails. The gel paint began to chip after one full day. I went back and a technician attempted to fix all of the nails. I think she made matters worse. I had chipped paint on 5 additional nails within 3 days. For $75, it wasn’t worth it. The manager/owner of the place initially did my manicure and was too focused on watching surveillance footage of another nail shop location on her phone. She wasn’t paying attention to her craft. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have visited here 4 times for manicure and pedicures and I have to say they do a great job, I usually won’t review unless they have been consistent and they certainly have. Everyone is friendly and they listen to what you want rather than pushing you to do more expensive services.They have a lot of experience and work quickly, they are even great with waxing eyebrows!
