Incredibly nice women. GPS sent me across the street and I ended up being late to my appointment because I couldn’t find the location. I walked in ten minutes before closing and they understood and took me in anyway. I’ll be back for sure, albeit rather early next time.

Went in for a basic haircut because I was sick of my length and wanted to get rid of it without waiting for a salon. Thought “how bad could it be? it’s just a basic cut, nothing fancy” and took the chance. Now I’m stuck with the regret and having to go get it fixed elsewhere. My hair is thick and different sections are all different lengths and it’s very uneven around my head. When she was cutting I pointed out that it wasn’t even and she said she wasn’t done yet but still didn’t fix it. She kept pushing my head to change the angle I held it at rather than take the time to make it neat and even. Lesson learned, don’t take the chance.

The lady was so rough she kept hitting her head with the comb she was using. She did not follow instructions. She had to be guided through a simple process of cutting 3 inches off her hair. Nice experience but took too long for just a wash and cut. Took about an hour. She was very nice. Just needs to build on her confidence. Realized when it was finally dry (air dry) she didn’t think it out as requested. I need to go back. My hair is thick. Hairstyling

I’d recommend this place. Every time I’ve been there I’ve had a good experience. The hairdressers are all quite good, and I’ve not had a bad haircut after leaving. They usually don’t have too many hairdressers there, but I’ve also only been there on weekdays. Its important to make an appointment ahead of time on weekends, as they are usually quite busy, and walk in wait times have been as high as an hour. I would certainly recommend this place as a good one for a haircut. And the hot towel available after the haircut is a great addition.
