Critical: ProfessionalismI love going here but there is one stylist that is rude. I usually just ask for a different stylist. I have had the rude stylist once before and she took over 45 minutes to give me a trim and I learned my lesson to ask for someone else. She also has cut my sons hair before and he did not like the fade She did. I walked in this morning and I was all happy to get a shampoo and a cut. She said rudely to me you don’t mind that the manager isn’t here. I said no my kids prefer her. And she said Ok took my number and I was like you know what cancel my cut you are very rude. I love going here but there is one stylist that is rude. I usually just ask for a different stylist. I have had the rude stylist once before and she took over 45 minutes to give me a trim and I learned my lesson to ask for someone else. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my first time visiting this Cost Cutters location. I’m a “simple kind of girl”. I just want to get “in and out” of the salon as soon as possible. This place was great! Lizzy gave me a great haircut. She was very kind and patient and communicated with me throughout the process. This was my first time visiting this Cost Cutters location. I’m a “simple kind of girl”. I just want to get “in and out” of the salon as soon as possible. This place was great! Lizzy gave me a great haircut. She was very kind and patient and communicated with me throughout the process. I woke up this morning with beautiful curly hair and feeling like a new woman! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI believe I just had the BEST haircut of my life! I don’t want this to sound bad, but Cost Cutters to me is quick and easy, not necessarily a high-end salon – but I got a high-end salon cut today from them! They stylist was Lindsey at the Medford location. She was very friendly, cut my hair how I asked and even went above and beyond with fixing the split ends throughout the whole length of my hair, not just the bottom of it. I am 36 years old and have never had another stylist do this with my hair – It feels AMAZING now and all she did was the cut – no styling product to make it just feel nice until I wash it again. She made it feel nice just from how she cut it! I have long hair and it is so hard to get it to feel soft all the way through, and Lindsey did it without having to cover it up with product. I believe I just had the BEST haircut of my life! I don’t want this to sound bad, but Cost Cutters to me is quick and easy, not necessarily a high-end salon – but I got a high-end salon cut today from them! They stylist was Lindsey at the Medford location.
